Easy to handle and quite effective. If you use it to clean your ears, I recommend using the lowest power setting. However, to remove a plug, use maximum power and you will need to use it several times. In my case, the cap did not come off completely but rather disintegrated little by little. It fulfills its function, I recommend using a temperature between 37-39°C, do not exceed 40°C, you can measure it with a thermometer, and start from program 1, then 3, and finally 4, for me it worked great, two tanks of warm water for each ear, you could see the large and small pieces of wax coming out, great. As always, if they help you better, I did it alone and without any problem, now I need to find a device to inspect the ears. You can see the difference when the cap has come off, you will also see the wax in the tank if you have held it well.
